Our next General Meeting is on April the 10th at the Sporting Car Club. Guest speakers will be the guys from ULX Oil who will talk about the differences in Oils and what makes there products so special. ULX110 used by many of our members. Come along for an interesting and informative night.

Well with the SCC Round 3 not attracting any HTCASA Competitors and the DOTY Points going begging the next DOTY Points event is the SA Hillclimb Championship at Collingrove. Well guys unfortunately due to all sorts of other commitments from our competitors there will be no TOURING CARS running at this round next week. There is still a full field of other cars and the IROC Porsches are in town so if you want to see some other tin tops then get out there over the weekend and enjoy.
Dont forget if you want to run in the 3rd round of the Master of Mallala State Championship then entries close soon. The weekend of 20th and 21st of August and HTCASAs 2nd round for points to the DOTY 2016. Enter now and if not come on out over the weekend and support our guys. Its also a round for the Porsche IROC cars as well and this should be a great few races also.

For your information We received the following notification by email recently. The historic Commission will include the requirement for engine measuring and sealing in the 2017 Group N regulations. There will be a phase in period with all cars expected to have engines measured (bore and stroke) and sealed by January 2018. The Winton Festival of Speed will be held again this year on the long track over the weekend of 6th and 7th of August. For those interested there will be a 20 lap race for Historic Touring cars with a pit stop providing they get the necessary numbers so if your interested look out for entries when they come out.
Our Bi Monthly meeting has been moved back due to the Queens Birthday weekend. NEW DATE Monday 6th June still at 7.30PM at SCC on King William Rd and the pre dinner meeting is still on at the Cremorne at 6.30pm for those interested.
